Viscose/Rayon Viscose/Rayon

本公司研發Viscose/Rayon的本意是為取代蠶絲，與一般Viscose手感不同，因為有開纖效果。主要原料是由寒帶木材取出最內層原料，用次亞綠酸鈉漂白，剩下纖維素製成亞硫酸紙漿，經過紡絲脱硫而成。其特性是微纖化，手感佳，吸水性強，吸汗，冬暖夏涼，有如絹絲般光澤，不易起球。 The original intention of our company to develop Viscose/Rayon is to replace silk. It has a different feeling of touch from the general Viscose because it has a fiber opening effect. The main raw material is the innermost raw material taken out of frigid wood, bleached with sodium hypochlorousite, and the remaining cellulose is made into sulfite pulp, which is made by spinning desulfurization. Its characteristics are micro-fibrillation, good hand feeling, strong water absorption, sweat absorption, warm in winter and cool in summer. It is lustrous like silk, not easy to pilling.

Viscose/Rayon 品種最多 Most Variety

嫘縈(Viscose/Rayon) 是升隆主力研發的核心產品，能提供各品種進行挑選，手感與面感也提供很多不同的選擇。

嫘縈纖維即俗稱Rayon或Viscose，稱作人造棉或人造絲，由天然纖維素製成的再生纖維，主要原料為木材的紙漿和棉花的再軌棉，用次亞綠酸鈉漂白剩下纖維素，壓成厚約0.2 CM的薄片，這就是亞硫酸紙漿,精製的紙漿，即為嫘縈的原料。帶有棉的舒適透氣以及絲質的光澤，由天然纖維製成並保有一定的垂墜度與柔軟度，透過人為加工則可加強他的「吸濕性」。 Viscose/Rayon is the main product that Onplus Corporation put the efforts in research and development in order to provide clients the various varieties for selection, such as hand feel, and surface textures, and other different choices.

Rayon / Viscose is a regenerated fiber made of natural cellulose. The main raw materials are wood pulp and cotton’s re-railed cotton. The cellulose is the leftover after bleaching with sodium hypochlorousite and pressed into a thickness of approximately 0.2CM flakes. This is called sulfite pulp, the refined pulp. That is the raw material. It is lustrous, comfortable and breathable like cotton and silk. It is made of natural fiber and retains a certain degree of drape and softness. It can be enhanced its moisture absorption through artificial processing.
